Sessions take place at my home at 21 St. Ternan’s Road, Newtonhill, Aberdeenshire. This is very convenient for clients from the Aberdeen, Portlethen, Stonehaven and further afield such as Inverbervie, Montrose, Laurencekirk and Auchenblae.

If for any reason you require a home visit this can be arranged although there may be an additional charge.

Normal consultations cost £60 and are notionally 1 hour but you should allow for longer to allow the treatment can be concluded in the most beneficial way.

Smoking Cessation or Weight Loss programs are £150 for a course of treatment. This is notionally 3 sessions provided they take place within 3 months from the first consultation.

Motivation and Coaching programs are dependent on the desired outcomes. Please phone to discuss or book an initial appointment where we can agree how to proceed and you will still be eligible for any available discounts for further sessions.

I am also willing to work with small groups either friends or work colleagues to cover basic topics such as Stress, Relaxation, Motivation (positive Thinking) and many other topics. Please call to discuss as prices will depending on your requirements.

Please note that payment should be made prior to receiving the treatment either by cheque or cash. Where a course of treatment has been agreed this should be fully paid before commencement. Special terms may be available.
